I ask myself, is the mind really quiet? One thought leads to another creating knots and links, some makes sense, some are purely illogical. But finally they are your thoughts. Letting it flow onto the substrate offloads and helps to untie the knots. Slowly but surely.
The artwork is set-up on a white mountboard; all you need to do is put it behind a non-reflective glass with a wooden frame of your choice.
