This is part of my mini series “lost and found”
Aimlessly staring in space, no thoughts no action, inhaling deeply, letting go of the clogs and blocks in my mind and body, relaxing my muscles, emptying my congested Self with each breath out. Lightness of being. Closing my eyes, I gently tilt my head towards the sky to soak in the sunrays, savouring and devouring each ray of light.
I remember this moment so clearly as if it happened yesterday. I experienced this one fine day during the 2020 burnout, and I try going back in that same mode occasionally after that.
The artwork is set-up on a white mountboard; all you need to do is put it behind a non-reflective glass with a wooden frame of your choice.
