This is part of my series “integrating, disintegrating only to integrate again. Repeat”
this painting is in response to getting back into routine of meditation, yoga, reading, journaling – basically ME TIME. Beginning of year 2020, i had a series of breaks – leg breaks, holiday breaks and overindulgence in being lazy breaks. after this long break, i was feeling quirky and whimsical, and this painting came out as a result.
The artwork is set-up on a white mountboard; all you need to do is put it behind a non-reflective glass with a wooden frame of your choice.
